About.
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be and why?
I would want to be in two places at once. I love the mountains of the West but my family is in East Tennessee and there are often times I wish I would be in two places at the same time. That and to fly…
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Shrimp, like Bubba Gump, fried, blacked grilled the list never ends.
If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you bring with you?
My faith, a way to get clean water, and a knife.
What is your Nickname?
I have a few but in highschool it was the Hallmark Card (I love quotes), also Lulu, and Nikki Roo
HOW YOU DO ANTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING.
Hi, I’m Nikki—
I’m a multifaceted soul on a journey of healing, learning, and leading—guided by the wisdom of the horse and the rhythms of a natural lifestyle.
Born and raised in the South, I now live out West with my sweet lab Rosco, where the mountains stretch wide and life feels more connected to the land. My days are filled with trail rides, home-cooked meals, the occasional loud cheer for Tennessee football—and yes, epic dance parties, because movement is medicine and joy is essential.
My approach to this thing called life is simple: be real, stay grounded, and remember—you’re not broken, you’re BROKIN—like a good pair of boots: worn in, well-loved, and more comfortable with every step.

With a Psychology degree from Eastern Kentucky University and over a decade of experience in holistic wellness, I’ve studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and trained through Yoga Medicine, building a foundation that includes yoga, esthetics, and certification as a Wilderness First Responder. Each piece has come together to deepen my understanding of how nature, movement, mindset, and nourishment all work together to support healing from the inside out.
I’m certified in Equine Assisted Learning, trained in equine massage, and currently pursuing my master’s in Equine Science and Behavior—because the horse continues to be one of my greatest teachers.
I’m also the author of Whiskey In Your Coffee: 100 Short Stories To Remind You To Live With Grit, Grace and Go For The Life Of Your Dreams and the children’s book series Lessons from Pete the Pony, which teaches timeless values like kindness, courage, and gratitude through the heartfelt eyes of Pete the Pony.
At the core of everything I do is a belief in authentic, compassionate growth. I’ve walked through my own struggles with body image, burnout, and mental health—and I’m here to remind you: You are not broken. You never were. You are BROKIN.
At the heart of it all is my faith. It wasn’t always that way. At the core of everything I teach is a simple hope—to be an inspiration and a reminder of this truth: you hold the power within you.
My faith leads the way now. It wasn’t always that way, but through experience I’ve learned that prayer is meant to be our first response, not our last resort.
I hope you leave here feeling inspired to be the vessel, to keep love wild, and to remember always: you are not broken. You are BROKIN.
